Albestre, a unique dialect name from our valley, means “extravagant women.” We chose this name in memory of the nickname that was given to Lidia and Roberta by the neighbors in their early work as a winemakers. Albestre is a delicate rosé wine with a gentle aroma of fresh cherry, obtained through a bloodletting blend of Sangiovese and Syrah grapes from the first pressing
