– There is a minimum shipment amount of 6 bottles of wine and orders can be ordered in quantities of 6.
– Shipping in Italy requires approximately 5-7 business days, 7 -10 in the rest of Europe and someone must be present to sign for the package. If you are not home during the day we recommend using a office or business address.
– First name, last name, shipping address, phone number, and email are needed for the order
– You will recieve a tracking number and the package will be attempted to be delivered 3 times, if the shipment company has no communication your order will be sent back to the US warehouse and require additional shipping cost to recieve your package.
– Your package should arrive in perfect condition, if not please send us a photo of any damage goods as you have insurance included in your shipment.
